✅ Sign up for free trial


To start off with the TruCHAT, you just need to sign up to our website by clicking on the ‘Get Started Free’ button. You may either create an account by entering your full name, email, and mobile phone to the registration form, or continue with Google or Facebook. A 30-day free trial will be granted to you automatically!



✅ Create a chatbot from a template

To create a chatbot from a template, go to the ‘Templates’ section and select either a system template or your own previously created one and click on the ‘Create Chatbot’ button. The selected chatbot will appear in the ‘Chatbots’ section, where you will be able to view, edit or delete it.


✅ Rename and update settings of the chatbot

Your chatbot settings can be found via the three-dot menu at the end of the corresponding line in the ‘Chatbots’ section. On the ‘Settings’ page you can customize your chatbot name, image, and other information, link it to a certain connection, as well as manage the tags and the static menu.


✅ Create connection

If you go to the ‘Connections’ section for the first time, there will already be a default website connection named the same as your company. To add another one, click on the ‘+Add’ button in the upper toolbar under the main menu. There are six connection types you can select from: Website, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Slack, Telegram, and Viber.


✅ Link chatbot to connection

Now let’s return to the ‘Chatbots’ section. Clicking on the value of the ‘Connection’ column will take you right to the ‘Connection Linking’ tab of the chatbot settings page. You can link your chatbot to all connections at once or only to the selected ones. You can also jump to the particular connection settings by clicking on the gear icon next to its name.


✅ Adjust triggers in opening script of your chatbot

Clicking on the chatbot name will lead you to the list of its scripts. To find the opening one (which will be colored green), you will need to switch to ‘Visual Flow Builder’ via the corresponding button in the upper toolbar. Then double-click on the script and select the ‘Start’ step. This will open the ‘Triggers’ pop-up, where you will be able to set the start conditions for the chatbot.


✅ Create chatbot landing page from template and publish

To create a chatbot landing page, go to the ‘Chatbot Landing Pages’ section and click on the ‘+Add’ button. Then give your new CLP a name, customize its URL, choose a connection, and select a template from our wide gallery. Publish it by clicking on the ‘Publish’ button in the upper toolbar.


✅ View published chatbot landing page

There is the ‘View Published’ button in the pop-up that appears on the screen right after publishing your chatbot landing page. In case you missed it, you can always find the URL in your CLP list in the ‘Chatbot Landing Pages’ section.
